Since our publications are downloadable digital goods (PDFs, code cheatsheets) that are instantly delivered upon payment, we generally do not offer cancellations once the e-book file has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Double Payment or Corrupted File Guarantee

If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a network glitch or if you experience technical issues downloading the PDF, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
